Terms & Conditions

Draft terms. Have them reviewed by a legal professional before relying on them. Last updated: 14 August 2026.

1. The service

DartBracket is a tool for scoring darts matches and organising tournaments. It is provided as-is, without warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose.

2. Accounts

You can sign in using Google OAuth. By doing so, you also agree to comply with Google's terms and privacy policy. You must be at least 13 years old, or older where required by your local law, to use the service. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. Do not use the service to impersonate other people.

3. Your content

Tournament names, player aliases, scores and results you enter remain yours. You grant us permission to store and display that content so the service can work, including showing it to other participants of the same tournament and to anyone holding a board or live-match link you share. Tournament organisers control who can view or participate through invite links and board codes; sharing those codes publicly is the organiser's responsibility.

4. Tournament organiser responsibility

If you create a tournament, you are responsible for managing participants, resolving disputes, recording accurate results, and ensuring the tournament is run in accordance with any applicable rules or regulations. Official tournament outcomes remain your responsibility.

5. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the service, and do not upload unlawful, abusive or infringing content.

6. Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from your Profile page. Deletion anonymises your personal data and removes your sign-in account, while leaving tournament records intact for the other participants. This process cannot be undone.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost data, disputed match results or any indirect damages arising from use of the service. Official tournament outcomes remain the responsibility of the organiser.

8. Changes and termination

These terms may change as the service evolves; continued use means you accept the current version. Accounts that breach these terms may be suspended or removed.
